GoodLaunch (“we”, “us”) turns a product URL into a launch kit. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. Questions? Email support@goodlaunch.dev.
What we collect
- The URL and page content you submit (or text you paste) — used to generate your kit.
- Your email — used to verify you (one-time code) and to send your kit link. No account or password.
- Optional inputs you provide: launch angle, audience, writing-style samples, uploaded screenshots.
- Payment metadata — handled by our processor, Dodo Payments. We never see or store card details.
- Basic product analytics — anonymous events (e.g. “kit generated”) to improve the service.
How we use it
- To generate, render, and deliver your launch kit and its assets.
- To verify your email and prevent abuse of free access.
- To provide support and process refunds.
Sub-processors
We share the minimum necessary data with: an LLM provider (for copy generation), Resend (transactional email), and Dodo Payments (checkout). We do not sell your data or use it to train third-party models.
Retention
Your kit and its inputs are stored so your private link keeps working. Email verification codes expire within minutes. You can request deletion of your kit and associated data at any time by emailing us.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Email support@goodlaunch.dev and we’ll action it promptly.
